Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from the date of order and/or payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company or postal authority norms.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier service provider.
While most shipments are delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or service disruptions.

The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority. Once the order has been dispatched, the responsibility for timely delivery rests with the respective shipping carrier.

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correctness and completeness of the delivery address. Any additional charges or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information shall be borne by the buyer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking details and courier information. Buyers may track their shipment using the tracking link provided in the email or on the courier’s official website.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. These charges may vary depending on the shipping destination, product weight, or promotional offers. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, even in cases of return or order cancellation, unless otherwise stated.

In the event a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges. If a package is lost or undelivered by the courier, Doki Doki will assist in investigating the issue with the courier company. Any refund or replacement will be initiated only after confirmation from the courier regarding the lost shipment.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders can be placed and delivered within India only. Future updates on international shipping availability will be posted on our website.
